Mentoring
Mentoring begins with the trust and ability to see everyone’s potential. Not every person begins at the same stage, but they all could create a positive impact on society, which begins with the guidance of mentors.
The 100 Black Men of Greater, Inc. is changing the lives of tomorrow’s leaders through the 100’s signature programs: “Mentoring the 100 Way” and Collegiate 100®. Mentoring provides support and positively impacts the lives of tomorrow’s leaders today.
Goals:
- We intend to engage and partner with existing programs to mentor our area youth
- Find ways to maintain, encourage, and further develop the enthusiasm that our youth bring to our local schools.
- Promote the active participation of strong, morally fit men in the lives of area youth.
